Project: Ground Floor Renovation
Worsley, Salford
LRH designed, managed and delivered this complete ground-floor renovation from start to finish, coordinating the different elements of the build to create one dramatically brighter, more contemporary and cohesive living space.
The kitchen underwent a complete transformation, including structural and layout alterations, a new kitchen installation,
bi-fold doors, skylight, integrated LED lighting, flooring, plastering and decorating. Works continued throughout the home with the creation of a matching utility room, entrance hall including a new staircase and bannister, flooring and front door, alongside a new downstairs WC, living-room flooring, plastering and decorating, and fitted shutters to the bay windows.

A selection of fencing projects designed and built by LRH, from simple boundary fencing to more bespoke designs tailored to each property. Every installation is made to suit the individual space, with a focus on quality materials, solid construction and a clean, professional finish. Southport
LRH completed the full refurbishment, including alterations to the existing layout, new partition walls and cubicles,
flooring, plumbing and finishing works; coordinating the project from strip-out through to completion.

Project: Outdoor Transformation
Manchester
The existing decking was fully stripped out and cleared, including the old rotten timber and framework beneath.
We then built a completely new, bespoke timber subframe to suit the space, before installing new decking throughout.
Built from the ground up for a clean, durable finish, the new deck creates a smart and practical outdoor area that makes much better use of the garden.
